The President, Mr. Jocelyn Cayer, having several years of experience in the industry, is directly implicated in day-to-day operations ensuring quality in a timely fashion while always considering the best interest of the home-owners. The Company takes pride in its quality, service and timely delivery. The Company does not want to merely meet their clients’ needs, it wants to exceed them.

The Company is actively looking for construction opportunities in the Eastern Ontario market, more specifically in Prescott-Russell. We build single family homes, bungalows, semi-detached homes and custom-built homes.

South Indian Creek Village

SACA offers a beautifully designed development of single family homes in a small-town atmosphere (Limoges) within 20 minutes of the city’s amenities. It is also within walking distance of a small creek and a park .

This project offers the possibility of 180 homes in six phases, lots ranging from 45’ to 72’ each in width and an average of 105 feet in depth. A minimum of 1400 square feet per house is required. All houses need a minimum of 1 garage and the front of the house must be made of brick or stone. SACA will plant 1 tree in the front yard and sod the front lawn. The main driveway is also paved by SACA.
